A photo and rough measurements are enough to begin. The final shell dimensions, insert opening and chosen options are confirmed before production.
What is included?
The decorative wood hood shell built to the approved project specifications. The ventilation insert, finish service, delivery and installation are separate unless itemized in your written quote.
Can the size and finish be customized?
Yes. Share your width, height and depth, plus a cabinet photo or drawing. Paint grade or stain grade in maple, oak or walnut, supplied finished or unfinished, can be discussed. Material and finish availability are confirmed for the model and project.
Will my insert fit?
Send the exact model number or specification sheet before buying or finalizing the shell. A nominal insert size is not the required opening, and curved or tapered shells may limit compatibility.
What happens after I request a quote?
We confirm the model, dimensions, insert, trim and finish. Once the quote and details are approved, a 50% deposit reserves production. Shell fabrication takes 3–4 days once production begins. Queue time, finishing and delivery are additional; your schedule is confirmed individually.
What about pickup, delivery and returns?
Local pickup is available in Doraville. Delivery is quoted by location and is ground-level only. This is a custom-made product; review the Terms & Conditions before ordering.
