Refund Policy

Note: Custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they have a manufacturing defect.

By placing this order, you acknowledge that all Petroff PRO hoods are made to order and production does not begin immediately.
Orders are scheduled based on production availability and confirmed by the Seller.
Once production preparation begins, changes, cancellations, or full refunds may not be available.
Transaction and processing fees are non-refundable.

Delivery & Pickup Information

Free delivery is available within a 30-mile radius of ZIP code 30044.

Delivery includes transportation of your hood to your address and placement at ground level only, such as the driveway, garage entrance, or front door.

Inside delivery, upstairs transport, installation, or placement inside the home is not included.

The customer is responsible for moving the hood inside and arranging installation.

Additional fees may apply for locations outside the delivery area or with limited access.
