TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern all orders, purchases, and deliveries provided by Petroff PRO LLC. By placing an order, submitting payment, or accepting delivery, the customer agrees to the following terms.
   1.    CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCT
All products are custom-made to the specifications provided by the customer. Each hood is built based on the measurements, insert model, and options confirmed by the customer prior to production.
Petroff PRO LLC is not responsible for incorrect measurements or information provided by the customer.
   2.    CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR MEASUREMENTS AND COMPATIBILITY
The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate measurements and verifying compatibility with their insert, cabinets, walls, ceilings, and installation environment.
Petroff PRO LLC is not responsible for fitment issues resulting from incorrect measurements or incorrect insert selection.
   3.    ORDER CONFIRMATION
Production begins only after deposit payment has been received and all specifications have been confirmed.
Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
   4.    DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT TERMS
A deposit, typically 50% of the total order amount, is required to begin production.
The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to complete payment may result in delivery delay or cancellation.
   5.    NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
All deposits are non-refundable once production has begun, as materials are purchased and labor is allocated specifically for the customer’s custom order, except as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
   6.    CUSTOM PRODUCT — NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS
Because each product is custom-made, all sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once production has started.
   7.    PRODUCTION TIME
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on workload, material availability, and project complexity.
Petroff PRO LLC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
   8.    DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery timing will be coordinated with the customer in advance.
The customer or their representative must be present to receive the product unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon.
   9.    INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
The customer must inspect the product upon delivery.
Any visible damage must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
Claims reported after delivery may not be accepted.
   10.    INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY
Petroff PRO LLC does not provide installation services unless explicitly agreed in writing.
The customer is responsible for proper installation.
Petroff PRO LLC is not responsible for damage caused during or after installation.
   11.    FINISHING DISCLAIMER
Products are typically delivered unfinished, ready for paint or stain.
Final finishing must be completed by the customer or their contractor.
Natural wood may contain variations in grain, texture, and color. These are natural characteristics and not defects.
   12.    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Petroff PRO LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to installation costs, contractor delays, or project delays.
Petroff PRO LLC’s liability is limited solely to the amount paid for the product.
   13.    STORAGE FEES
If delivery is delayed due to customer unavailability, Petroff PRO LLC reserves the right to charge reasonable storage fees.
   14.    ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By placing an order, paying a deposit, submitting payment, or accepting delivery, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
   15.    DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Delivery provided by Petroff PRO LLC includes transportation of the product to the customer’s address and placement at ground-level entry only, such as the front door, garage, or driveway.
Petroff PRO LLC does not provide inside delivery, transport upstairs, placement inside the home, installation, or removal of packaging materials.
The customer is solely responsible for moving the product inside the home and arranging installation.
The customer assumes full responsibility for the product once delivery has been completed and the item has been placed at the agreed delivery location.
Petroff PRO LLC is not responsible for any damages occurring after delivery has been completed.
   16.    CUSTOM DESIGN VARIATIONS AND DIMENSIONAL TOLERANCES
All products are custom-made based on the specific dimensions provided by the customer. The final appearance, proportions, and shape of the product may vary depending on the overall width, height, depth, and selected configuration.
The customer acknowledges that design elements such as curves, angles, transitions, and proportions may appear different from reference photos, renderings, or previous examples, especially when the product dimensions differ significantly. For example, wider products with reduced height or depth may result in altered visual proportions and design characteristics.
These variations are normal and inherent to custom fabrication and do not constitute defects.
Due to the nature of custom woodworking and fabrication, dimensional tolerances of up to plus or minus 1/16 inch (±1/16”) are considered acceptable and within industry standards.
If certain design details, proportions, or construction elements are not explicitly specified by the customer, Petroff PRO LLC reserves the right to determine and apply the most appropriate design, structural, and aesthetic solutions based on professional judgment and experience to ensure structural integrity and overall visual balance.
Such decisions shall not be considered errors or deviations from the order.
   17.    PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACK POLICY
By placing an order and submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the product is a custom-made item manufactured specifically to their requested specifications.
The customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with their bank, credit card provider, or payment processor for reasons related to custom design, appearance, proportions, measurements within stated tolerances, or any conditions disclosed in these Terms and Conditions.
If the customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Petroff PRO LLC and providing an opportunity to review and address the concern, Petroff PRO LLC reserves the right to provide all relevant documentation, including but not limited to order confirmations, measurements provided by the customer, invoices, delivery confirmation, photographs, and these Terms and Conditions, to dispute the claim.
The customer agrees that custom-made products are non-refundable and that chargebacks initiated in violation of these Terms may be considered a breach of agreement.
Petroff PRO LLC reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds, including collection costs, administrative fees, and legal expenses, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
   18.    ORDER CANCELLATION AND PARTIAL REFUND POLICY
Because all products are custom-made and production slots are reserved specifically for each customer, cancellation fees apply.
If the customer paid a 50% deposit and cancels the order for any reason after payment has been made, only 10% of the total order amount may be eligible for refund. The remaining amount is non-refundable due to material purchases, production preparation, administrative costs, and reservation of production time.
If the customer paid 100% of the total order amount and cancels the order, a maximum of 50% of the total order amount may be eligible for refund. The remaining amount is non-refundable due to production scheduling, reserved production slot, administrative costs, and preparation of materials.
Once production has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Petroff PRO LLC reserves the right to determine the production status and applicable refund amount.
   19.    PRODUCT MODIFICATION AND INSTALLATION VOID OF RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Once the product has been delivered and any modification has been performed, including but not limited to painting, staining, drilling, cutting, installation, mounting, or alteration of any kind, the product is considered accepted and non-returnable.
Any modifications made by the customer or third parties void any eligibility for refund, replacement, or dispute.
Petroff PRO LLC is not responsible for any issues, damages, or claims resulting from modifications, installation, or alterations performed after delivery.
