We strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, but if you need to return an item, please review our policy:
    1.    Return Period: You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it.
    2.    Condition of the Item: Returns are accepted only for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
    3.    Return Process: Contact us at [your contact email/phone] to initiate the return. You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

Refund Policy
    1.    Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
    2.    Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
    3.    Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a defective item).

Note: Custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they have a manufacturing defect.

At Petroff PRO, we strive to ensure a clear and professional relationship with every client. By purchasing a custom kitchen hood from us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Original Design
All Petroff PRO hoods are original designs developed in-house. We do not replicate or imitate products from other manufacturers.

2. Installation Responsibility
Petroff PRO is not liable for incorrect or improper installation performed by the client or any third party. We recommend using a qualified professional for installation.

3. Hood Insert Compatibility
We recommend inserts that are compatible with our models. If a client purchases a hood insert before ordering a hood, Petroff PRO is not responsible for any incompatibility, except for the cut-out dimensions we provide.
We are not liable for the client’s chosen insert specifications, including power, shape, control type, construction, or color.

4. Returns and Refunds
Refunds are only accepted if the hood has not been altered in any way (e.g., drilled holes, structural changes, improper installations).
The hood must also be returned in original, unpainted condition, exactly as delivered.

5. Pre-Installation Compatibility Check
Clients are fully responsible for verifying all compatibility factors before installation. Petroff PRO is not responsible for issues arising from failure to check compatibility in advance.

6. Nature of Product and Usage Responsibility
Our hoods are made of wood and are considered part of custom cabinetry or kitchen furniture. They are not appliances or electronics.
We do not provide warranties for usage, maintenance, or exposure to heat, moisture, or mechanical stress. The client is solely responsible for how the product is used and integrated into their kitchen.

We offer free delivery within a 40-mile radius of zip code 30044 (Lawrenceville, GA).

Free Delivery Within 40 Miles
We offer free delivery of our kitchen hoods within a 40-mile radius from our location.
For distances beyond 40 miles, we charge $40 for every additional 10 miles.
For example, a 60-mile delivery would cost $80.

Pickup is also available by appointment only. Please contact us in advance to schedule your pickup time.
